This Week’s Agent Spotlight – Lana Murphy

Hi, I am Lana Murphy and here is a little bit about me:

I am a native to White House, Tennessee. My dad is a retired builder so I have been in and around the real estate industry my whole life.

I originally obtained my real estate license when my husband and I decided to sell our first home, but God had a bigger plan and that was to bless me with a full time job that I absolutely LOVE! Every aspect of being a realtor appeals to me and my goal is to be sure that each one of my clients feel like they are my only client! It would be an honor to have the opportunity to help you with buying, selling or any other real estate need you may have!

Hi, I am Paula Eller and here’s a little bit about me:

I am coming up on 19 years in the Real Estate business, I have been Co-Owner of an Architectural Design Firm and recently received my Associate Broker License. I have served on the White House City Planning Commission for over a decade. It has been surprising to watch the exponential growth of our little town. I have come to appreciate the importance of careful planning. My attention to detail, engineer’s precision, and knowledge of codes and ordinances serve me well in Real Estate. My hobbies are photography, cooking, and travel.

I have three grown kids – Savannah is away at college at Dartmouth in New Hampshire studying Politics and Policy. Easton is attending UTK in engineering school. London is a junior in high school and spends her spare time around horses as a trainer and competitor.

I have been around the world a few times. I have also been to great heights above the planet. As an Aerospace test engineer, I was able to fly in military aircraft high enough to see the edge of space.

As a reporter for the Robertson County Connection newspaper, assignments take me all over the mid-state. I love meeting people and hearing their stories. It is the same in Real Estate –  I love meeting families, learning their stories, and helping them open a new chapter in their lives.

Hi, My name is Helen and here is a little bit about me:

While harboring keen interest for years, I only decided to dive into the real estate industry this year. The pandemic has affected millions of people around the world, but it has given me the opportunity to utilize the skills I acquired in travel, hospitality, and events to take on a new adventure!

Family

My husband’s career in Bio-pharmaceutical Quality Assurance moved us 4 times in as many years. Let me just say, I became an expert at interstate relocation. We are happily settled in middle Tennessee and plan to stay! Both our dogs were rescued from Tennessee shelters making our return to Tennessee from Ohio a homecoming for them as well.

Interests

My husband and I love to travel, especially to locations with rich history to explore. Watching Jeopardy, trying new restaurants and attending live events are other activities we enjoy. We can’t wait for restrictions to be lifted so we can go to some live sporting events like the Sounds or Preds Games as well as concerts at the Ryman. Spending more time at home has renewed my devotion to reading, and I have recently taken up knitting and painting, but am still just a beginner!

My clients

I’ve always had a love for houses, but being an agent gives me the opportunity to share my enthusiasm and excitement with others. It is a sincere pleasure of mine to do the do the leg work and answering the tough questions. I strive to put my clients at ease because many can see the home search process as overwhelming, confusing, or frustrating.  Being the cheerleader and a reality checker is what I will be to keep expectations in line and goals attainable. I love helping my clients to navigate the market and find a home they love. My goal is for my clients to feel so comfortable with me that they become my friends, and that my friends are happy in their new home.
